We offer free delivery on all orders using Royal Mail’s fully tracked parcel delivery service.
Your Order
We endeveaour to process orders within 1 business day and offer free delivery on all orders. When your order is ready, it will be packaged and dispatched via Royal Mail’s 24 tracked service. This service typically delivers within 1-2 business days from the day of dispatch. Delivery times can sometimes vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or busy periods in the postal system.
Tracking & Delivery
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to Royal Mail tracking website, where you can monitor the progress of your parcel. The tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout, so please ensure it is correct and up to date.
If there are any issues with your delivery, you can use the tracking information to get real-time updates. In the unlikely event that your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is either lost or arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. In both situations your order will be resent on a guaranteed next day service.
