9. Delivery and Shipping

Carbon Dog currently only delivers within the United Kingdom. We do not accept international orders.

• Standard UK delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

9.3 Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If you do not receive your delivery:

10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the consumable nature of Carbon Dog, we do not accept returns for opened bottles. Unopened, undamaged bottles may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding return postage.
