Is Delivery Free?
Yes. Delivery is free for life on all of our packages.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail’s 48 parcel service. This service typically delivers within 2-3 business days from the day of dispatch. However, delivery times can vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or busy periods in the postal system.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Which Courier Do You Use?
All of our parcels are shipped and delivered by Royal Mail using their parcel delivery service – Tracked 48
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcels journey right to your door.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. If you’re outside the UK, we do currently offer international shipping. All details are displayed at checkout.
What Happens If My Parcel Gets Lost Or Damaged?
If your parcel is either lost or arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. In both situations your dogs C60 oil will be remixed as a priority within our lab and sent to you on a guaranteed next day service.
